Hi many thanks for leaving a review. Sorry you were disappointed with your wreath. We would have changed it for you when you collected no problem. Most of our wreaths are made with spruce and a moss back but the wreath you selected Luxury Red Rose wreath has fresh flowers in. This helps keep the flowers fresh for longer. The wreath bases are biodegradable Floral Foam Rings and can be recycled. All our packaging is biodegradable and we limit our use of plastic that is not recyclable.
