Unfortunately, it's not possible to offer a competitive price using alternative delivery methods. For example, a HIAB delivery to your location for a single bag would cost in excess of £500.00. Based on our experience, a nationwide HIAB delivery service isn't something most customers are willing to pay for. We appreciate your understanding and thank you again for your feedback.

Additionally, we made several attempts to contact you both the evening before and the morning of the delivery to keep you fully informed. We were not made aware that early delivery would be an issue. It’s quite unusual to receive a complaint for delivering ahead of schedule — but as they say, you can’t please everyone!
