Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, the requested delivery area was sloped and covered with loose chippings, making it unsuitable for unloading with our standard pallet trolley. To help you avoid unnecessary costs, we explained this before you made a purchase, as attempting the delivery would almost certainly have resulted in a failed-delivery charge. We are sorry that you felt this was poor service. Our intention was to be proactive and prevent an issue that we believed would inevitably arise.
