Hello Mr Patel. Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you're not totally happy with the firmness of your mattress. We do try and put as much information on our website regarding firmnesses of our mattresses and we do encourage people to come to our showroom and try out our mattresses for themselves to make sure they choose the right mattress for them.
