Unfortunately, customs processing can sometimes cause delays once a parcel reaches the destination country, and this part of the shipment is outside of our control. We also do not charge import tax or duties on our website, so local taxes or customs fees may be applied when the parcel enters the country if the order is liable for them. As these charges are determined by local customs authorities, we’re unable to predict or control the amount charged. For more information about how these fees are calculated for yarn imports in your area, your local customs office or taxation authority would be the best source of guidance.
