Impossible to reach them to alter flight times. There is a free amendment clause but on-line all you can do is cancel and re-book - at a higher cost, so hardly free! No answer from any emails either!

The comments from Looking4 are not completely true. I eventually received an email telling me I should make the change online and if that did not work then to cancel and rebook. It was not possible to amend and Looking4 seem unable to intervene and do it on my behalf - hence I had to cancel/rebook. Looking4 processes in this area are inadequate and they should take the criticism and act upon it. I have used Looking4 many many times and they are absolutely fine until a change is required - I have left several 5 star reviews for them in the past.
