I have looked into this order and I do apologize! This should have been resolved much quicker than it was. It appears there was an issue with the shipping label. Fed Ex noted the label was unreadable and they replaced it. Apparently the wrong address was added to the new label and the package was sent to the wrong state. We have since resolved this for you but the legwork from Fed Ex should have been resolved from our end. We will use this as a learning experience and will school our reps on the correct way to resolve situations like this. I have also issued a $25.00 in store credit to your account, which you may use on any future called in order. Please let us know if you have further questions or concerns.
