We are deeply sorry to be reading this, i am a technician with over 39 years experience in this industry, i have just taken a look at your pictures and the members of the sales team are correct, the images you have sent are showing signs of wear and tear, there is a great deal of colour loss and what could potentially be grease stains from sweat, which a cleaner will never remove and sadly won't make any improvements on colour loss either. We are truly sorry about this, we are also deeply sorry that you feel the postage charges of £5 is excessive, it's actually costs the company more than £5 with shipping and packaging costs to send parcels.
