Weldless Thermometer with 2" ProbeThe dial is approx. 3" across, and the probe is just over 2" long ( not including the threads ) Fitted with 2 x washers and stainless washer and nut To make this almost idea for any mashing setups You will need to make a hole to fit the thermometer, which is approx. 20mm Being a bi-metal thermometer the unit will need to be adjusted now and then, this is made easy by the re-set adjustment screw on the back of the unit
