Supper Moss has been formulated to mix rapidly in cold water. This feature allows it to be added directly to the bowl without creating fish eyes of undissolved carrageenan. Properly used, it can help reduce chill haze. Please note weights and measures are USA We have had problems with this product going solid in the pots, we have been told by five star this does not affect the performace of the product and you will need to scape the moss to lossen it up. We are working with Five Star to try and find a soloution to this issue
