Hello, thank you for your feedback, we really appreciate it. The owner has confirmed to us that the linen and towels are new and washed by a professional laundry service. The owner has 3 dogs which he keeps in a kennel at the back of the property; we will investigate the possible reason why the dogs may have been restless during your stay, as this was never been a problem in the past. Please know that we are always available to address any concerns, and we would have been happy to assist you had you contacted us during your visit.
