Fantastic
Excellent people, places, kind, informative, well organized. Elizabeth our guide was fantastic. My wife and I will definitely consider Insight in the future. A real wonderful time.

Great itinerary, well paced holiday, no extra costs
The itinerary was generally excellent and most hotels very good and conveniently located. The tour was not rushed with good time at places visited, no extra costs, all inclusive.

Almost all the hotels were excellent = well furbished and excellent locations. The bus driver was fantastic and the tour guide was well-organized, approachable and knowledgeable.

Therefore, it truly saddens us to read that you felt the hotels were not up to the standard that you associate with Insight Vacations. As a result, we will pass on these concerns to our Quality Control team to find out what could have changed.  Nevertheless, it pleases to learn that overall you enjoyed your time spent exploring in Scandinavia.

Our hotels are handpicked so that you can enjoy real comfort in best central, and scenic locations. That’s why it really disappoints us to learn that the hotels did not live up to your expectations. Therefore, we would like to thank you for passing on your thoughts to us today, they will be addressed with the relevant teams to see where changes can be made going forward. Nonetheless, we hope that you have taken away some lasting memories from your time in Britain and Ireland.
