Whilst the hotel rooms are local in style and vary depending on the hotel, we regret to read that they did not meet your expectations. We know that the quality and character of our hotels play a huge role in our guests' comfort. Therefore, we will forward these comments to our Quality Control team, to ensure the continuation of the high standards we are recognised for. Nevertheless, we are delighted to read that our Tour Director's attentiveness helped to make your time in Ireland and Scotland so enjoyable.

Our Local Experts are always at hand to share their insights, and to help bring your destination to life. That said, our guests’ well-being is extremely important to us. Therefore, we would like to apologise for any discomfort you experienced on the road, and at the hotels. Given that, we will forward your comments to our Coach Operations and Quality Control departments, so that they can be addressed. Our Optional Experiences allow our guests to explorer further, allowing those that would prefer relaxation time, the opportunity to do so.
