Thank you for reaching out to us with your impressions of our Italian Escapade. While we are pleased to read that our Coach Driver did a fantastic job, we are truly sorry to learn that you felt our Tour Director was not genuinely caring and professional. As you very well said, a Tour Director plays a vital role in your vacation and so we would like to take this opportunity to discuss this matter with her and her Manager. In addition, we have carefully read the comments you put forward regarding your guest room in Florence and Venice. We should never have given you this impression and will be addressing these issues directly with our two hotel partners and their management team.
