First of all I would like to thank you for taking time out to let us know about your holiday experience. I am pleased that the hotel was good for families, and that your room met your expectations. It is a shame the food wasn't consistant, but happy you did have some good days with this. It is also dissapointing that you didn't have a good experience using the bar areas, I hope that these things didn't spoil your overall enjoyment of the holiday.
