We've seen some of these pucks come direct from the manufacturer loosely assembled so the sometimes rough shipping can cause the innards to loosen even further and then fall out easily while stickhandling. These pucks can be easily assembled back into place just as it is designed though!
Just follow these simple instructions to re-assemble and you'll be good to stickhandle! :
- Place the Metal Washers in first
- Then place the cradle with the ball bearing facing outwards from the puck
- Then fit the plastic cover snug on top of the ball bearing. The cover should be tight with the edges being flush with the rest of the puck
Then you should be good to go! Try stickhandling with it for a while, if there are any other issues with it please let us know
We have seen some customers add a thin layer of glue to the inside edges of the cover to prevent puck from loosening up again, this allows you to be a little more rough with the puck.
Please contact us as soon as possible if issues with Dangle Puck persist & we would be more than happy to assist you.
Thank you for your feedback.
Sincerely,
