Hello,

We greatly apologize that the Dangle Puck did not stay together.

Here is what you should do if the Dangle Puck comes apart: Place the Metal Washers in first

 

- Then place the cradle with the ball bearing facing outwards from the puck

 

- Then fit the plastic cover snug on top of the ball bearing. The cover should be tight with the edges being flush with the rest of the puck

 

Then you should be good to go! Try stickhandling with it for a while, if there are any other issues with it please let us know

 

I personally have seen some customers add a thin layer of glue to the inside edges of the cover to prevent puck from loosening up again, this allows you guys to be a little more rough with the puck

Customer service has informed me that they refunded you last week. If you have not received this refund please contact Customer Service at your earliest convenience.
