Thank you for your feedback. Having reviewed your records I see that from the 40 bare root plants you purchased, 10 did not take this being a success rate of 75% compared to a level of 90% that we'd normally expect (as detailed on our website). As I'm sure you're aware there can be many reasons why plants do not prosper and indeed as you planted these late in the season you may find they yet do so.
