I ordered the starter and a bottle 4 weeks ago. I have still not received the order.

Thank you for your feedback although i am a little confused as to why you have left this as feedback rather than contacting our customer service team for help.
According to our records we recieved your order on the 1st of feb and dispatched it on the 4th feb. On the 5th Febuary you contacted Royal Mail and arranged for your order to be delivered to a collection point. Royal Mail confirmed this with you and on the 6th of febuary and then did as you requested and delivered the goods to a collection point for collection.
At this point your order is still at the collection point waiting for you top collect (i have called and confirmed this).
You have recieved emails and text messages from both us and Royal Mail requesting you to collect the goods for the collection shop YOU chose. Please follow the instructions that Royal Mail provided and collect the goods.

Service was very smooth, from order to delivery. The grains were dispatched and arrived two days after ordering. The instructions received were a great refresher too.
