Ordered Second Hand Rickenbacker 330/12. Delivery was prompt. Description of guitar finish over phone was accurate (no dings, scratches etc). But economy with truth was used. See next comment.

In accordance with the website T&C's we would always ask that you inform us within 48 hours of taking delivery if you feel the item you've purchased has not been sold as advertised. You can contact the web office by email on orders@guitarguitar.co.uk, support@guitarguitar.co.uk or 0191 221 1675. However, I also understand that you had gig commitments and were unable to return the guitar and I can only apologise for the further work you've had carried out to the guitar. Although replacing the case isn't possible, if there's anything you ever need in the future, please do not hesitate to contact us on either of the above emails or by phone and I'll make sure you're well looked after
