Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Appalling service at a dreadful hotel.Booked in somewhere else after just one night. Think maybe Alex Polizzi would have her work cut out here!

the breakfast only served until 9.00 also reception only open untill 5.00 then you have to find someone in the bar to help you. We got the key to our room with to extra keys but was not told which...
