I am sorry to read that you didnt have enough of the shampoo to give it a good go. The free samples are on a sliding scale so as your spend goes up so does the number of free samples that you can add to your basket. It might be worth adding a few of the same one next time to see if thats better. Alternatively please reply to your order email and i am sure we could pop an extra one in for you. 😁 Vic x
