We understand how frustrating it must have been to successfully make an initial reservation, only to have subsequent booking attempts declined despite using a valid payment method and confirming with your bank that there were no restrictions on the card. We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. Our investigation has confirmed that your original booking was successfully authorized and later refunded following your cancellation request. We have also confirmed that the subsequent booking attempts were declined during the fraud screening process. However, the information currently available does not clearly identify the specific reason these transactions were flagged.
