Godfreys is gone burgers so got this for a good price. Vacuum needs to be on max setting to be useful at sucking up crumbs etc.

The suction is absolutely terrible! I’ve tried to vacuum up sand, a cockroach, sort, grass and it just leaves the mess on the floor. Even boost mode is rubbish. Do not recommend

Hi, We are sorry to hear of any issues you are experiencing with your machine. The main cause for loss of suction is a blockage, these can occur in the head, rod, canister and filters.
