Worst Customer Service Experience!!!
Absolutely terrible - have tried multiple times to connect with someone in customer service and have not got a response from anyone. Paid for overnight shipping and got the package 6 days later.

I received a confirmation of shipment on May 14 for my order. I contacted customer service on May 25 to have an estimated date of arrival of my package, since I was not sent a tracking number for it....

Great service. Arrived quickly. The white sweater is perfect-it’s slightly boxy, not too long or short. I can push up the sleeves and wear it with maxi dresses or jeans.
