I got to dxb Airport and tried to upgrade and Emirates told me I couldn't upgrade as my agent had put a block on my tickets for an upgrade I can only think this was because flysharp wouldn't have earned any money from the sale The only way I could upgrade was to buy new tickets Other than this I have no problems with the service

We can amend/upgrade the ticket if it is allowed by the airline and fare rules Also if upgrade is not allowed then airline can't upgrade the ticket either because they also have to follow the fare rules. You know we are going through Pandemic and all the airlines providing refund option without any deductions in case positive COVID-19 PCR result. But Fly Sharp have policy of 1. no refund at all Or 2. rebooking but I have to pay rebooking fee and fare difference. Note; The airline for which I booked the ticket has clear policy either I can claim full refund without any deductions or reschedule my flight in case of positive COVID19 result.
