Thank you for spending the time to submit your review and I do apologise with regards to the delay you experienced on your outbound journey, this was due to a baggage loading error at the Isle of Man airport and once the aircraft pushed back the crew realised that the weight distribution wasn't correct and this needed to be resolved. I will pass on your comments with regards to your experience at the airport in Majorca with regards to the assistance that was arranged to the relevant departments and we hope that these issues do not impact on your choosing to fly with us at FlyDirect on a future occasion.
