May we apologise to you for any confusion which has crept in during the on-line booking process. I understand that one my senior colleagues has now explained how our web site works in conjunction with the Vietnam Airlines local office here in London and that any fears that you may have had, have been successfully put to bed. With respect to your special dietary requirements, I can confirm that following the recent phone call these have now been relayed directly to Vietnam Airlines and that your question about whether you require paper tickets in addition to your e-tickets (you don't) has been answered to your satisfaction.
