We note your comment about stocking new releases and old inventory - we do our best to get items quickly, but we insist on having the right product safety information and documentation on file before we can ship goods from the factory to our warehouse. This can take time, and we apologise for the delay but we do want to make sure that all the documentation is correct before we import goods into the UK and sell them into Europe.
