It looks as though you contacted one of our Customer Service representatives about the error last week, and she arranged for a reprint and reshipment that same day. It also looks as though it was personally inspected before it went out the door to ensure that the writing on the back was the correct direction. You should have received the replacement cards this morning.
You did have an unusual styling request for us to change one of our templates from a landscape orientation to a portrait orientation. That might have thrown off the aesthetic for you a bit. Perhaps on a future order when it's not such a rush to receive them, we can take a little more time through the proofing process to make sure we get it just the way you want it before we print them. If it's not just right, let us know! We don't want you to look at your cards, labels, tags, or coasters and just think, 'meh'. ;)
