We try and ship the units as easily as possible and you are 100% correct you would need to be like iron man to lift them when they are full!!! I will take your comments back to Dimplex about the overtightening of the screws as it is important that you can access the unit easily- they may have had the electric screwdriver on to high a torque setting.
