I got exactly what I ordered and in a good time. There communication was very good and I found them easy to deal with . Only down side was there was no delivery date offered so had to hope someone...
Prompt service and well made bookshelves. The only issue I had was that their courier service did not give advanced warning of deliver, they just turned up on the doorstep.
