Disappointed

I purchased them as Winter Pansies & having telephoned to ask why they are not flowering was told that they would not flower until the Spring Why are they sold as Winter Pansies ????

A most disappointing purchase. The quality was nowhere like that for which Dobies was once renowned. The firm has refunded the purchase price, much to its credit.
