i was really disappointed that my books arrived with crumpled edges, looking quite tatty. they were due to be a present. i would definitely think again about ordering from this company

As one bulb is not working we would not ask you to return this, and if you contact our Customer Service Team we will be able to arrange for a replacement bulb to be sent.
