With all our products being made from the highest quality materials - in this case, 96% cotton, 4% Elastane - and to the very best standards, it's obviously upsetting and disappointing for us to see them not being seen as such here. We can only apologize that you haven't found these polo shirts to your liking and are not able to enjoy them as a result. Thanks for leaving your feedback with us. Our pique polos are made from a rather delicate fabric that also holds a lot of water. If you instead hang dry the wet shirt, this can cause deformations as the shirt drys whilst weighed down by it's own water. We do not advise using a dryer as this will weaken the already delicate fibers and cause damage to the shirt. If you'd like to return it for something that is machine washable and dryable, please head over to our online return portal at your convenience.
