I am very sorry to learn that you have experienced problems with the sizing of our clothing. Our casual clothing sizing is based on the customer feedback we have received in the past. We have gathered the information from our customers to produce a casual range offering the sizes between small and extra-large that hopefully fit the majority of our customers. It is a shame to hear that you have not found this to be the case. I can see from your account that you have returned the jacket and I am sorry that this again was due to the sizing. I have sent your comments to our Customer Feedback department so that they can review the sizing that we have available for our casual clothing range. I do hope this does not deter you from shopping with us and that you are able to find clothing from our other casual ranges that are of a better fit.

It is fantastic to see you have rated our service and products as great. We do feel that our prices are the best value for the items that we provide and their quality. We do tend to have lower prices than most other traditional Jermyn Street shirtmakers. Saying this, we do understand that our prices can be higher than tehy high street unless reduced in the sale. I do hope you are able to take full advantage of our sales when they come around, as most of our other customers do.
