Firstly our stores can only stock what is popular locally, due to storage space but we can, as you've seen, order in any item for you from our warehouse. Regarding the scanning of the parcel, this has come down to human error as our teams in store scan many parcels each and every day and I'm afraid yours was missed. This has been raised with the store to ensure that great care is taken going forward. Should your parcel have been scanned correctly, an automated email would have been sent to you to advise you of your parcels arrival. Finally, our experts say that for best wrinkle-free results, wash at 30 degrees centigrade and remove from the machine immediately. Tumble dry on cool (don’t use high heat) and remove the shirts from the dryer when slightly damp. Give them a quick shake and hang them up right away. Please note that no shirt will come out of the washing machine completely crease free. If you're still left feeling let down by the wrinkle-free properties rest assured that despite being worn and washed your purchase is protected by our six-month return policy and can be sent back for an exchange or a refund.
