We're really sorry to hear that you have had a little trouble completing a return on your order, and even more so that a return was required due to your item(s) not being 100% perfect. We take great care to ensure that the items we send out are perfect and ready to be enjoyed, so it's disappointing to learn that may not have been your experience on this occasion. Thank you for making us aware of the delay in your return being processed, which is incredibly frustrating for both of us. We've checked the status of the return via Rebound (our online return partner), and there has been no update since the label was created on 27th April - and no sign of the parcel being sent. Sadly, this appears to be a breakdown in communication between Aus Post and Rebound, so we haven't received the usual notification to complete the exchange on our end. We've now completed the exchange for you in light of the wait you have experienced, and you'll receive a confirmation email to that effect in the next few minutes. Hopefully, the new items will be perfect once received.
