Thank you for your review. When you purchase a policy from us you're entitled to a full refund within 14 days, which you can self serve online, so long as you havn't travelled under the policy, made a claim, or downloaded the optional visa application certificate to use your policy as the mandatory insurance for a visa application. In your case, you were not entitled to a refund as you downloaded the visa application certificate stating that you were using the certificate to apply for a visa to India. During the process we highlighted that you didn't need to download this certificate if you weren't applying for a visa, you selected the country of your visa application and you confirmed that you understood that once you downloaded this document you would no longer be entitled to a policy refund. As noted by our agent when you contacted us, if you made this declaration in error and did not need to apply for a visa, we'll need responable proof that is not the case. This generally being confirmation you booked and cancelled your trip to the destination requiring a visa, or, proof you didn't need a visa in the first place.

Thank for fake judgment and excuses on above response, I do not need india visa or not traveling to india, unless you can give me evidence before giving me untrue excuses. This is shows how you cheating with customers. Again I will now prove that I did not downloaded policy documents for visa or even do not insurance for visa application. My solicitor will write to you and all their cost will be added on my claim along with my refund due. Simply cancel my policy as per your website 14 days cooling period and refund unless you prefer me to go by legal ways. I would have given negative star if there is available

The information is not fake, it is based on our screen recording of the actions you took on our website after purchase. Per your request we have sent you a copy of the actions you took on our website to download this document and agree to the associated terms. We have also reiterated the ways in which you can provide us documentation showing that you either didn't need the visa documentation or didnt use it to allow us to arrange a refund for you. We'll also accept other reasonable proof. As soon as you can provide us proof that the actions you took were in error (you didn't need a visa) or if not in error that you no longer applying for a visa (your trip requiring a visa has been cancelled), then we can get your policy refunded for you.
