Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Wonderful shoes, wonderful service.

Order process was easy. The shoes arrived very quickly, no problems at all. When I bought my first pair of cosy feet, I ordered the wrong size. They quickly exchanged them no fuss.

Customer service could be better.

Customer service did not return my call as they said they would and the problem was not resolved by Cosy feet. It was a simple solution but was never done. Disappointed by the customer service.

Thank you for your feedback. We can see by our records that we tried to contact you on the 5th December and an answerphone message was left. We were enquiring as to whether the toggle had come off the lace or if the actual lace had broken? Please confirm what the issue is with the lace, as if its the toggle that's come off this can easily be fixed however if its the actual lace the has broken a replacement will be needed. We will look forward to hearing from you.
