I thought I had ordered a size man’s 11. My sister in law received a size man’s 10. I could not find on any documentation provided to me the size I had ordered.

Thank you for your feedback. We can confirm that it was a US size 11 that was ordered, the sizing in the footwear will be a UK size which will be marked as a UK size 10. This equates to a US size 11. If the order is not suitable we offer a 90 days returns policy, therefore they can be returned for a refund. If we can be of any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.
