Our Travel Directors are an integral part of our team, and we take pride in their expertise and commitment to delivering exceptional service. We apologise that you found our coach to be too cramped. If you require more space, our sister company, Insight Vacations, has coaches specially reconfigured with only 40 seats to provide guests with more legroom similar to business class. Classic Insight Vacations tours accommodate a maximum of 40 travellers, while Small Group departures have only 24. Additionally, Insight Vacations offers an Easy Pace tour option, which allows for relaxed starts, more free time, and up to three days in each location to enhance your travel experience. We noted your feedback on hotel locations and shared your issues with our Quality Control Department. We will evaluate potential future hotel adjustments to provide our visitors with a better travel experience. Costsaver offers unbeatable value and a wonderful experience at a great price. We cover all the essentials, while added services such as porterage are not included. Your Travel Director and Coach Driver will help unload and load luggage on and off the coach, but you are responsible for taking your luggage from the coach to and from your room. Costsaver does not provide complimentary or chargeable transfers, so guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation to/from the airport at their own cost.​​​​​​​ Guests' documents will include information on public transportation options to/from the airport and estimated costs for a taxi where available.​​​​​​​ We hope to welcome you again soon and provide an authentic Costsaver travel experience that exceeds your expectations.
