Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Creating order was easy but a longtime until first issue received

Order stated commencing with 18th August issue. However first issue received was 31st August issue

The subscriptions will start with the next available issue and due to the time the order was placed and the issues being dispatched bi-weekly it has meant the cut off for label printing would have been missed.
