I was a tour manager for a senior clientele when I was younger and took 10 + trips/tours a year for about 12 years and was the decision maker for where the trips/tours would go, etc. Was disappointed...

Stockholm tour was the best city tour. Loved norway fjords and scenery. Kees was great-there were snafus but he was on top of thing and corrected course promptlx. I would suggest review of next day...
