Thank you for your feedback on our Take My Heart ring, we're very disappointed to hear this feedback as this is certainly very unusual. Most jewellery isn't suitable to be worn throughout the day and needs to be removed before certain activities to prevent tarnishing, discolouration and damage as you have described in your feedback. We would always recommend to remove your jewellery before you apply any make-up, perfumes or do any cleaning. The harsh chemicals found in cleaning products, chlorine, perfumes, hairspray, beauty products, sea water, soaps and shower gel can all cause discolouration. We also recommend that jewellery is removed before engaging in activities in which there is a risk of physically damaging your jewellery such as gardening, DIY and sports.
