I am sorry to hear you were sent your goods in the wrong size. We do offer a free returns service to return any unwanted goods to us for a refund or an exchange.
If we do have other sizes in stock we would have been happy to exchange the item for you. I do apologize we were unable to do this for you.
I have had a look into your account and can see the postage you paid for the order was not refunded. I will have this refunded back to you as this was a error on our behalf.
