Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by this mix up. Our suppliers are generally very accurate indeed so I must apologise that we have inadvertently sent you the incorrectly sized trousers within your order. We do take measures to ensure that mistakes of this nature are kept to a minimum but sadly human error does intervene. I do hope that this very rare error does not deter you from ordering from us again in the future.
