Thank you for your review, I am very sorry for the confusion. Upon looking into this, I can confirm that a refund was actioned on 01.06.2025 for your returned order. I can also see that an exchange has been processed as requested, which has since been delivered. Regarding your comments in relation to the delivery cost, please be advised that this is set out by our carrier - we do often run promotions when placing orders online and via our catalogue for free delivery.
