Rubbish Customer Service
I can’t rate the dress based on the fact I was sent a totally different item. What’s more, I’m still waiting for a refund over 2 weeks on! Service is terrible.

Disgusting customer service
Your customer service is absolutely disgusting. I am still waiting on a reply from 4 emails it sent at the beginning of February as my first order didn't arrive. I would not recommend use to anyone.

I have looked into this for you and i can see that your refund was issued on the 04.02.25 The refund notification email has been sent to you to confirm this. Please allow 2-5 working days for the funds to be credited to the correct method of payment. This timescale can be quicker but does depend on who you bank with. Take care Rebecca
