They did not notify me when the fans were on their way & I did not know that they were already at the house and I was away at the time. So they sat on my front door in the elements for over a week.

Our records show the tracking information was emailed when your order shipped on 03/09. When you contacted us on 13/09, we investigated immediately on the next business day and learned of a courier delay. You confirmed on 15/09 that the fans had arrived.

Excellent service, they don't deliver to PO boxes but the lady I dealt with was very professional and very quickly arranged a parcel drop off for me. She was amazing.
